El Gran Secreto - Editorial CosaBuena

In 2020, the Uruguayan publishing house CosaBuena received an ANII Award (Agencia Nacional de Investigación e Innovación). I was honored to be selected to illustrate El Gran Secreto, the first in a series of inclusive children’s books they are developing.

CosaBuena is a social entrepreneurship initiative that promotes educational, cultural, artistic, and sports projects aimed at fostering inclusion and improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.

These books are fully illustrated in color and also printed in braille. Each one includes a QR code that allows readers to watch the story come to life through a short animated clip accompanied by sign language, ensuring that every child can enjoy the same story — not separate versions for those with or without disabilities.

The video linked below features all of my illustrations as they were meant to be experienced. This project was truly a labor of love, and my way of contributing a small piece to a wonderful cause.
